Terms of Service

Personal Use License On-Device OAuth

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the All Email mobile application (the “Service”) operated by All Email (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Third-Party Email Services & OAuth Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party email providers including Google (Gmail), Microsoft, and IMAP/SMTP services:

  • API Terms Compliance: When authenticating via Google OAuth, you agree that All Email’s use of Google data conforms to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Account Control: You remain the sole owner of your email accounts. We do not store or transmit your third-party email passwords. OAuth tokens are managed locally on your device.
  • Revocation: You can disconnect and revoke access to your accounts at any time directly through your provider’s security controls.

1. User License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the All Email application on Android devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial email management purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the application to:

  • Transmit spam, unauthorized advertising, chain letters, or fraudulent emails;
  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service;
  • Interfere with, overburden, or compromise the operational security of connected mail networks or third-party servers.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, source code, logos, and original content remain the exclusive property of All Email and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data handling practices.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service without prior notice or liability if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Email and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the Service or unauthorized access to your email transmissions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
