All Email Access: Mail Manager

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026 Last Updated: September 12, 2026

1. Overview

All Email Access: Mail Manager (“we,” “our,” or “the Application”), developed and operated by RVSoftex Technology, functions as an on-device mobile email productivity client for Android. We are committed to transparency, user autonomy, and data privacy. This Privacy Policy details how our Application accesses, handles, processes, and protects your information, device storage, Android runtime permissions, and data accessed via third-party APIs, including the Google Gmail API.

2. Strict On-Device Architecture & Zero Server Synchronization

Local Processing Only No External Cloud Sync
  • Local Processing Exclusively: The Application operates entirely on your physical mobile device. All composition, drafting, temporary cache operations, and interface interactions take place strictly within the isolated Android application sandbox allocated to this software.
  • No Developer Cloud or Centralized Databases: We do NOT own, operate, configure, or utilize external servers, cloud databases, logging proxies, or third-party backup systems. Your messages, email text, draft contents, sender and recipient addresses, contact details, and account credentials are NEVER uploaded, backed up, synchronized, or transmitted to any developer server or external storage system.
  • Direct Encrypted Transport: The only network connections initiated by the Application travel directly and securely over encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols between your device and the official endpoints of your authorized email provider (such as Google’s official API servers).

3. Android Device Permissions & Usage

To deliver core email functionality in strict compliance with Google Play Developer policies, the Application requests only the essential runtime device permissions:

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Notifications Permission): Used solely to show local system status alerts on your device screen (such as notifying you when an outgoing email has successfully sent or alerting you if an email failed to transmit due to an internet drop). We never use notifications for advertising, promotional marketing, or background tracking. You can toggle this permission on or off at any time via your Android system settings.
  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required solely to establish an active, encrypted connection to official mail provider servers to transmit outgoing messages when you intentionally tap “Send”.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

All Email Access: Mail Manager’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • OAuth Scope Requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
  • Permitted Scope Use: This permission is requested exclusively to allow you to compose, format, and transmit outgoing email messages directly through your connected Gmail account from inside the mobile application interface.
  • User-Initiated Action Only: Email transmissions are executed exclusively when you explicitly and intentionally tap the “Send” button. The Application never sends automated emails, background messages, or unsolicited communications.
  • No Sale of Google User Data: We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or commercialize Google user data or email contents under any circumstances.
  • No Third-Party Sharing or Transfers: Google user data is never shared, transferred, disclosed, or routed to third-party services, advertising networks, data brokers, analytics providers, or external databases. Data is transmitted solely to official Google API endpoints (googleapis.com) to deliver the message as directed by you.
  • No Advertising or Profiling: Google user data is strictly prohibited from being used to serve, target, personalize, or retarget advertisements.
  • Human Access Restrictions: No human personnel at RVSoftex Technology reads, views, or inspects user emails or personal Google account data. Human access is strictly prohibited unless you grant explicit affirmative consent for technical troubleshooting, or when required by applicable law or mandatory legal process.

5. Data Retention, Account Disconnection, and Total Data Destruction

  • Account Removal: If you disconnect or remove your Google account inside the Application, all locally stored authentication tokens, active sessions, and temporary drafts associated with that account are immediately and permanently erased from your device memory.
  • App Uninstallation (Complete Data Destruction): Because all app operations, temporary cache files, and tokens reside solely within the Android private app storage sandbox, deleting or uninstalling the Application instantly and irreversibly destroys all local tokens, configurations, and cached files. No backup copies remain on any server.
  • Revoking Permissions: You can revoke the Application’s access to your Google account at any time directly through your Google Account Security dashboard (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revocation immediately terminates the Application's ability to communicate with Google APIs on your behalf.
