End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and RVSoftex Technology ("Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the mobile software application titled Oak Inbox: All Email Access ("Application") available via the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Application on personal Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business email management purposes, strictly in compliance with this Agreement and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. License Restrictions

You expressly agree that you shall NOT, directly or indirectly:

Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Application.
Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based upon the Application or any component thereof.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or commercially host the Application to any third party.
Use the Application for sending unauthorized automated mailings, bulk spam, phishing campaigns, or transmitting malicious code, worms, or viruses.
Use the Application to violate any local, state, national, or international communications laws, data privacy regulations, or third-party email provider terms.
Attempt to disable, tamper with, or circumvent any encryption, Android KeyStore hardware root protections, or license validation systems within the Application.

Direct Email Provider Routing: The Application serves solely as an on-device mail client. Network connections (IMAP, SMTP, and OAuth 2.0 API interactions) route directly and exclusively between your Android device and the authorized servers of your chosen email service providers (e.g., Google Identity and Gmail API).
No Centralized Cloud Storage: Licensor maintains zero intermediary cloud servers, message relays, or remote databases. Your credentials, tokens, message bodies, attachments, drafts, and sender/recipient metadata are never transmitted to, backed up on, or inspected by Licensor.

4. Third-Party Services & Google API Verification

Google API User Data Policy: When connecting a Google account, the Application's use of data accessed via Google APIs (including https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify) complies strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-Party Compliance: You remain solely responsible for maintaining authorized access and complying with the respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies of third-party mail providers accessed through the Application.

5. Application Features & User Responsibilities

AI Writing Assistance: Any in-app AI drafting or suggestion tools function strictly as voluntary composition aids. You retain full control and legal responsibility for reviewing, confirming, and sending all email communications.
Mail Cleaner & Storage Actions: Organizing, moving to trash, or deleting messages through the Storage Cleaner issues direct execution commands to your mail provider. You acknowledge that permanently deleted messages cannot be retrieved or recovered by Licensor.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including its user interface design, visual styling, logos, compiled code, databases, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, is and remains the sole and exclusive property of RVSoftex Technology. This EULA grants you a license to use the Application, not ownership of any intellectual property rights therein.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Google Play Billing: All digital transactions, subscriptions, and renewals are handled directly through Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google Play’s payment processing rules.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Google Play Account settings prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR (RVSoftex Technology), ITS OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA OR EMAIL TRANSMISSION, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you download or use the Application and continues until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your mobile devices.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gujarat, India.
